This was my first time going to Dentist of Richmond and from the time I walked in to the time I walked out, I had a great experience. Keela was very welcoming when I entered and then came into the room and explained in detail what the services I was about to receive cost and what I was responsible for. Megan was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable during the visit. I was able to see what she and was doing on a screen and she explained and prepared me for each step. Dr Madhere was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also explained what he was looking for and why as well as made the exam and cleaning a great experience. He made sure I was okay throughout and was not rough at all. Two things that stood out was that they’re open on a Saturday and as someone who works during business hours, having that weekend option was very convenient. Secondly, Dr Madhere had afrobeats playing during the cleaning. 🙌🏾 I would absolutely recommend this office and will be returning.
